Personal Assistant (Part time)
Hampstead
4 days per week
16-hours per week
Can be flexible with what days and times
£15-16phr
Your duties will include:
Provide high level, proactive and confidential secretarial support.
Manage the Directors’ diary, arranging appointments and meetings.
To be the first point of contact for the Director’s visitors.
Dealing with staff enquiries and liaising directly with staff.
Responsible for ordering supplies as and when required
Providing administrative support where necessary, including proof reading, editing and preparing documentation
Provide clerical and general office support
Screening calls where necessary and dealing with general enquiries
Booking travel and accommodation
Co-ordinating, attending and minuting meetings as required.
Opening, sorting, and distributing correspondence, including email, faxes, and snail mail.
Ideal candidate:
Experience of providing personal support to high-ranking managers or executives in a large and complex organisation.
Experience of diary management and producing reports.
Experience of developing effective relationships with officers and partners and managing complex political interfaces.
A good knowledge of local authority functions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
