Fixed term contract - 12 months

We are looking for an efficient and organised administrator to provide clerical support to two teams. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks therefore the ability to multitask and possess a high level of attention to detail is essential. You will be based within a busy and friendly working environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Perform administrative and clerical duties as directed
  • Data entry, mailing, filing and photocopying
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming calls to appropriate staff, handling routine queries and taking messages as appropriate.
  • Type correspondence and meeting minutes, compiling required documents in standard company format under supervision.
  • May monitor and maintain sufficient supply of stationery and other basic office requisites, coordinating purchases as required.
  • Maintain office filing and database systems.
  • May perform general reception duties such as answering, screening and forwarding calls coming through switchboard and greeting and directing clients and visitors

Knowledge, skills and experience required:

  • Previous experience in an administration / date entry role, and/or customer service background essential
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills
  • Planning and organising skills with the ability to multitask
  • Comfortable working within a fast paced working environment
