Part-Time Office Administration Assistant
We are seeking a confident and efficient Administration Assistant to join a small team at this privately owned company. Part time hours, 5 hours a day 4/5 days a week flexibility on hours to suit. This role is predominantly Admin based although at times will be varied supporting other departments with key projects. You will assist with market research for various different project, collate supplier information and provide findings to the director. Responsible for supporting the PA/ Office Manager and other departments. We are looking for a pro-active, well organised, self-starter with attention to detail. There will be a lot of client and supplier liaison so a confident telephone manner is essential. Lots of scope to take on additional duties.
General Office Duties
PA Duties, expenses, diary management, travel
Refreshments, Kitchen, stationary, post, alarm testing
Telephone answering & Door Entry
Meeting and greeting visitors
Filing, Printing/Scanning
Keeping Suppliers contact database and telephone system contact list up to date
Maintaining office processes and working practices i.e. H&S
Sorting invoices - Collating statements / invoices/delivery slips/purchases orders and inputting supplier invoices
Accounts payable, liaising with utility companies
Imputing statements
Provide support for finance, development and management teams with day to day activities (this will vary depending on projects)
