JOB TITLE: Graduate Recruitment Consultant

LOCATION: Bristol

SALARY: 20K BASIC (+ Uncapped commission)

You will be expected to earn £35K in Year 1, £55K Year 2 and £70K+ Year 3.

The Role:

·Development of your specialist vertical market knowledge as a GraduateTrainee Recruitment Consultant

·You will be sourcing candidates through Networking, Advert writing and Headhunting

·Managing the interview process from both client and candidate perspectives

·You will be responsible for the development of business – cold calling clients, generating leads for new business, attending client meetings to build new business and relationships

·Your salary and career progression is down to you to go from Trainee to a full Consultant
