Housing Management Officer
You will join us as a Housing Management Officer to provide housing management services to clients at The Limes. You will provide good customer service and ensure the units are maintained and the scheme is kept in good order. You will also maintain effective liaison with the local management team regarding health and safety, allocations, effective arrears control and void turnaround.
Housing Management Officer Requirements:
- Ability to maintain enthusiasm for contact time with service users on a daily basis.
- A proven track record of delivering one to one tenancy sustainment work that has resulted in positive outcomes for service users.
- Experience of clerical / administrative work including using software programmes especially housing managements systems.
- Proven track record of working cooperatively with colleagues and other agencies to ensure service users achieve positive outcomes.
- Experience of using risk management tools in the effective management of housing schemes.
- Ability to demonstrate good people skills in managing complex and difficult situations. Experience and understanding of working within a diverse and multi-cultural environment.
A Disclosure and Barring Service Enhanced Certificate will be required for this role.
