Adullam Homes have an opportunity for a Part-Time Life Skills Coach / Support Worker to join their team in Chesterfield. Job Title: Life Skills Coach / Support Worker - Part Time        Salary: £8,775 per annum following successful completion of 6 month probationary periodLocation: Chesterfield Job Type: Part time, 18.75 hours per week Hours: Worked on a rota between 8am and 8pm Life Skills Coach / Support Worker - About Us: As a values based organisation all employees contribute to the maintenance and development of our values, culture and ethos by articulating and demonstrating them to build a staff culture where every person feels empowered and valued. Life Skills Coach / Support Worker - The Role: We have a new and exciting opportunity for a part time Life Skills Coach within our restructured Children’s services in Derbyshire.  The aim of the services is deliver high quality accommodation and support to children in care, care leavers and young people. Life Skills Coach / Support Worker - Experience: - You will have experience of working with young people, specifically care leavers, and experience of managing issues that they may present- You will have knowledge and experience of working with other relevant agencies and the ability to form positive relationships and engage with the young people to develop independent living skills and fulfil their potential.  - You will also have sound written and verbal communication skills and a commitment to achieve positive outcomes- Proven IT skills- Great organisational and time management abilities.
