Part time Technical Customer Services - Hinckley - flexible working between 9am and 5pm - Immediate start

Your new role
This is a very varied and interesting role dealing with a wide range of customer support. You will be communicating with customers both over the phone and via email providing technical support on the products and services including how to use the online products and general advice and support. You will also be expected to provide regular feedback and reports to management on customer satisfaction and input into how to improve the services provided in meetings.

Please note this is a part time role working 9.30am to 2.30pm Monday to Friday but flexibility is required to work slightly longer days on a Monday and Tuesday.

What you'll need to succeed
This client are looking for experienced customer services professionals who are also very strong providing technical IT support. Essential experience is as follows:

Must have prior call or contact centre customer services experience
Must have proven experience and/or education in technical IT support
Excellent written and verbal communication with strong and clear telephone manner
Experienced of working to and achieving KPI's and SLA's
Strong working knowledge of MS officeAs a person you will need to be enthusiastic, confident and an excellent team player and someone who is committed to providing excellent customer service.
