About Sir George Monoux College:
Monoux is a Sixth Form College for over 1700 students aged 16-19. We offer A Levels, vocational courses at levels 2 and 3, and GCSE resits. 76.5% of our students are from deprived backgrounds, compared to 40.3% of 16-19 year olds nationally.
We are now in the top 10% of the country for the progress our students make from GCSE (this includes top 10% for disadvantaged students). 95% of our students advance to University or Apprenticeships, and 14% progress to Russell Group Universities. We are also growing, with a 10% increase in our student intake compared to last year.
About the role:
We are looking for a Dyslexia Teacher & Access Arrangements Assessor to join our successful Welfare and Inclusion team.
You should have an appropriate teaching qualification and as well as a strong track record of providing excellent support and guidance for both students and staff.
As an individual, you should have the ability to motivate and inspire students and make their success central to everything you do. You should also have the determination and energy to bring about continuous improvement.
