LOCATION: Grimsby

SALARY: circa £30k, pro-rata for part time work (dependent upon hours)

My client is looking to appoint an HR Advisor with a passion for Learning and Development! You will, ideally, already be working within an HR Advisor capacity, with all the variety that role offers, plus you will be you will be a leading co-ordinator and support to the Company Management Development Programme, getting involved in the DEVELOPMENT and DELIVERY of courses and appropriate and relevant courseware.

My client is flexible regarding this position – with an option to work full time or part time. If you wished to work on a Part-time basis then it is anticipated that you would work between 25 to 30 hours per week – and how these part time hours are worked are open to negotiation, however it is likely that you would be in the office over three, four or five days (to suit).

Ideally you will have come from a background within Logistics or Manufacturing, with an understanding of factory/warehouse operations.

You will be accurately, effectively and efficiently supporting the operations of the company’s Human Resources and Payroll, producing timely information based upon them.

If you have CIPD Level 5, (or are working towards it) that would be good but not essential.

It is desirable that you have membership of, or are currently studying towards, the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and that you have a working knowledge of UK PAYE/NI and other payroll related regulations.

With experience in office administration and management, you will have good IT skills – ideally Microsoft Office – and be an effective communicator both verbally and numerically.

You will support the management teams with any HR/ER related queries.

You will also ensure that all relevant Company Policies and procedures are followed including Health and Safety, Environmental Management and ISO9001.

This role would suit someone who wishes to work within an all-round HR Advisor role and then progress into a full HR position in due course.

A full UK Driving Licence is essential as you may need to travel to other locations.
