Salary:

- 35 hours per week over 4 days - £15,745 - £16,800 per annum
- 40 hours per week over 5 days - £18,000 - £19,200 per annum
- Part-time hours will be paid at an hourly rate of £8.65 - £9.23 (dependent on experience)

As an Customer Service & Sales Consultant, you will be eligible to participate in the Customer Operations Bonus scheme

Hours: 

- We are able to offer full-time hours of 35 hours per week over 4 days, or 40 hours per week over 5 days
- We also have part time opportunities (please note to allow for training you will be required to work a minimum of 5 hours per
day in the first 3 weeks)

Our Customer Operations is growing and looking for talented and enthusiastic Customer Service & Sales Consultants to join our team.

The Role

If you enjoy the buzz of a fast-paced, target-driven environment, and thrive on delivering exceptional sales and customer service, our Consultant role is for you!

When you join us as an Customer Service & Sales Consultant, we’ll provide you with the full training and support needed to become an expert across our range of products. You’ll spend your time speaking to customers on the phone, assessing their needs and using your trusted expertise to convert inbound sales opportunities.

Our office is based on the outskirts of Cheltenham, and offers free parking and bus stop directly outside the offices, so getting here is easy.

Whether you are looking for a full-time opportunity, or part-time hours over lunch, afternoons or weekends, we are keen to hear from you.

Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm and Saturday 9am - 5pm, and we operate a number of flexible shift patterns. Our full-time Consultants work every other Saturday in exchange for a day off in the week. There is also the opportunity to work over-time during peak times of the year.


The Person

We want to deliver exceptional service and ensure our customers feel valued when they contact Endsleigh. We’re therefore looking for enthusiastic, confident and engaging individuals who enjoy talking to people and building rapport.

You don’t need any sales experience or knowledge, as we offer a comprehensive training scheme that will teach you everything you need to know. You will however be comfortable with answering in-bound calls, and working in a sales based environment, towards structured targets.

You’ll need to be educated to GCSE standard or equivalent, with at least 5 GCSE’s at A – C grade (or equivalent on the new grading system), this must include at least a C in both English and Maths.
