We are now looking to recruit an experienced Estimator that will align themselves with our commitment to customer service, quality and our culture.

Our award-winning team are a construction main contractor who create space that help businesses succeed. Combining the strength of a national contractor with the skills of a highly experienced design and fit-out team and completing one-off projects up to £55 million+ in value.

As an Estimator for us you will be tasked with delivering the right net cost, on time, to the highest quality and accuracy to help us win successful and profitable projects.

Throughout this process we would expect you to be seeking opportunities to add value.

You will lead and prepare the complete commercial and pricing element of a tender or cost plan to be presented at tender settlement as an accurate, considered financial bid.

As an interiors specialist our projects are diverse and may be CAT A or CAT B and involve complicated refurbishments of existing premises.

We are a very customer focused business and would expect our Estimating teams to constantly reinforce and deliver our customer first ethic and 'Everything Completed with Pride'.

Our main office is in Farringdon, London and with a diverse and wide ranging mix of expertise and experience, Willmott Dixon Interiors deliver nationwide construction projects across the Commercial, Hotel, Leisure, Retail, Education and Health sectors. No matter the scope or scale of the project, our people are the best in the business and have the specialist knowledge required to rise to any project challenges that may come their way. From structural refurbishments, to heritage buildings, or projects below £3million, we have the right people to deliver a project we can all feel truly proud of.

Essential and Desirable Criteria

Essential

Successful delivery of tenders on a wide range of tenders.

Various construction methods.

Using Microsoft suite of Office programmes; inc. Excel, Word, Outlook and Project.

Using Conquest Estimating system or similar.

Taking off quantities up to SMM 7
