Support Worker required to join an Ofsted rated 'Good' service based in Chertsey that provides short breaks for disabled children and young people up to the age of 18 years.

The service offers soft play areas, dining, sensory garden and a lounge.

Shifts:

Monday - Friday

06:30am - 09:30am and/or 15:00pm - 21:00pm

You must have experience with 1-1 key working with children and young people in a semi-independent environment and be flexible to pick-up last-minute shifts and various times in advance and throughout the week.

Requirements:

• NVQ level 3 or above in children and young people or equivalent
• Experience working 1-1
• Experience following care plans
• Good verbal and Written English

Rate of Pay:

£9.00 per hour - £13.00 per hour depending on shift and payment method (PAYE or LTD)
