Customer Service Advisor – Full-Time

£17,076 per annum + Excellent Benefits Package

We are currently looking to employ a full-time Customer Service Advisor to join our team at our Head offices in Warrington town centre.

PAM Group provides Occupational Health and Wellbeing services to a variety of customers throughout the UK including public and private sector organisations. We provide a wide range of services including Case Management, Health Surveillance, Counselling and Physiotherapy.

The role:

  • Owning and resolving customer service queries and problems at first point of contact
  • Answering incoming calls in a polite and professional manner
  • Greeting patients into the clinic
  • Managing and maintaining the booking of appointments
  • Communication with clients, field-based staff, colleagues and clinics nationwide ensuring all requirements are met
  • Transferring calls to the relevant departments
  • Monitoring an email inbox and dealing with enquiries
  • Logging incoming and outgoing mail
  • General admin duties as required

You will have:

  • Excellent Customer Service skills essential
  • A professional and courteous manner
  • Excellent communication skills to communicate at all levels with clients and employees
  • Computer literacy – MS Office, Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Highly motivated with the ability to use own initiative
  • High standards and ensure all areas are kept clean and tidy at all times

Hours:

  • You will work 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday between the hours of 8.00am and 6.00pm
