ACR Recruitment & Training LTD is currently recruiting Nursery Assistants and Nursery Nurses in Northampton and the surrounding area.

You will be providing floating cover to a variety of nurseries in the Northampton area. Salary negotiable depending on experience.

Your role will include:

* Supervising and supporting children in working towards their Early Years learning goals

* Planning and implementing children’s learning and play activities

* Observing and assessing children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS

* Work in partnership with colleagues, parents and/or carers to meet the individual needs of children

You will ideally have:

* A level 2 Nursery Nurse / Early Years qualification such as EYE, NVQ, CACHE or recognised equivalent

* A good understanding of the EYFS

* An understanding of planning, observing and record-keeping procedures

* Good communication and people skills

Salary: £8.50 to £9.50 /hour
