OVERVIEW
Our Client based in Corby are looking for a person to join their small office team to undertake all Sales Administration duties. This role is fast paced and requires a pro-active, can-do attitude and the successful candidate must be able to work well under pressure. We are building a team where everyone is interested in succeeding – for the team, for themselves and for the company!
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Liaising with customers regarding orders
* Downloading orders from customers online portals
* Placing orders and despatching on our in-house system
* Updating production schedules with order information
* Booking orders in with customers, if required, mostly through email communication
* Booking transport with local couriers
* Updating internal warehouse schedule of outgoing orders
* Maintaining records of customer pricing
* Printing Labels and Leaflets for the shop floor
* Running weekly Sales Reports
* Dealing with a high volume of emails on a daily basis
* Answering the telephones
* Opening the post
* Supporting the Sales & Operations Manager as required
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
1. Qualified to ‘A’ level or higher
2. Highly effective in an office environment
3. Exceptional planning and organisational skills required
4. Excellent telephone manner
5. Strong accuracy and attention to detail
6. Pro-active, hands-on approach
7. Proficient Excel and Outlook skills
HOURS OF WORK
Monday to Thursday = 0900hrs to 1430hrs (Flexabile) .
Friday = 0900hrs to 1300hrs
(26hours)
SALARY
Competitive rates of pay dependent upon experience
