FRCE Group are currently recruiting for experienced, passionate and skilled support workers who have the ability to support adults who have learning disabilities and mental health conditions in the Uxbridge area.

Pay rate for this role ranges from £9.21 - £12.00 p/h depending on your level of experience.

The support work roles primarily require practitioners to support adults with day to day living needs, some of which include:

Shopping and promoting independence
Community inclusion/engagement
Managing personal budgets
Prompting or providing personal care
Offering right of choice and more

You will need to have a minimum of 6 months experience in the health and social care sector. In addition, we look out for candidates who are patient, nurturing, good communicators, have a true passion to make differences to the lives of vulnerable adults; and most importantly, a positive attitude!

We are seeking support workers who are looking for temp work on an agency basis. You will be required to cover early, late or night shifts weekly, so a level of commitment is essential. We can offer part time (20 hours per week) or full time (40+ hours per week) dependent on your personal circumstances. This would include requirement to work alternative weekends.
