A new job opportunity has arisen for a Building Services Design Engineer at senior level with a mechanical bias.
You will be joining a busy team of engineers and technicians based in Dundee that is tasked to deliver a variety of commercial and residential construction projects.

Your new role
You will be an experienced Mechanical Building Services Engineer or Senior Mechanical Technician that can hit the ground running in terms of design work and who can guide more junior team members. You will be running projects from concept to completion, liaising with clients and deliver Building Services designs. The job also requires you to assist the Design Manager in the management of budgets and staff management as well as project management.

What you'll need to succeed
For this job you will ideally have obtained a qualification in Building Services or have significant work experience within Building Services design. You will be proficient in the use of AutoCAD and relevant design software packages such as Hevacomp. Revit experience is an advantage, but not essential. You will have a mechanical bias and have supervised more junior team members in the past.
