Part Time Purchase Ledger
SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a purchase ledger on a part time contract basis for a well-established communications business based in the south of Leicester. The contract will be for an initial period of 3 months with the potential to be extended further.
Duties will include:
- Matching, batching and coding a high volume of invoices daily
- Assisting with weekly payment runs
- Dealing with & solving queries
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Petty cash and bank reconciliations
- Relationship building and a high level of communication is pivotal to the running of the role
The successful candidate:
- Proven track record processing a high volume of supplier invoices
- The ability to work under a very high-pressured environment accurately
- End to end Purchase Ledger experience is essential for this role
This Part Time Purchase Ledger role is to start as soon as possible and will be working 2 full days a week. The working days are negotiable at point of interview but will equate to 15 hours across any two days of the week. This role be paying £12 per hour is initially for a period of 12 weeks
