OVERVIEW:

Working for a global training & development organisation, you will work with some of the largest employers in the Accountancy sector, whilst proactively supporting individuals achieve Accountancy qualifications (CIMA/ACCA) & progress their career.

YOU WILL:

-Coach & support individuals to achieve
-Provide remote coaching sessions (phone & online)
-Proactively engage with host employers
-Develop people' skills, knowledge & expertise

ABOUT YOU:

-Significant Accountancy sector background
-Fully CIMA/ACCA/FCCA/ICAEW/CTA/ACA qualified (or equivalent)
-Professional & clear communication skills
-Ability to motivate & support others
-Coaching, Training or Mentoring exposure (desirable)
