Job Details

Working as part of the Design & Technical Team in the Counties region and reporting to the Senior Design & Technical Manager you will assist in the coordination of the technical design for the construction of new build projects from post planning through to completion.  

It is essential that you have previous experience working for a contractor or developer in the housing sector. The ideal candidate will ideally have experience of timber frame construction .

An understanding of the Building Regulations and renewable technologies is essential.  

For this post you will need good problem solving, communication and analytical skills. Also project management skills and a high level of computer literacy will be required.

Car owner/driver essential.
