Due to continual growth and company success our leading client based in Crewe require a number of Customer Support Executives to join their fun and vibrant contact centre team. Our client are the largest online tech retailer in the UK. You will be working from modern offices with exceptional inhouse facilities such as games rooms and a beauty parlour! Customers are at the heart of everything they do, so it is of upmost importance that their order to delivery journey is as smooth and efficient as possible. Daily duties to include: Taking a high volume of inbound customer calls Ensuring all customers receive exceptional customer service Dealing with enquiries/complaints and working to KPI’s to resolve these Providing pricing related information Chasing deliveries Working with delivery drivers to ensure smooth planning of daily deliveries Updating the internal CRM system Inputting Warranty, Faulty and Good Stock return requests Inputting credit requests for Customers General Office Administration duties as required i.e. filing of PODs – locating of PODs for Customers Calling Customers to advise of any delivery issues or rearranging deliveries Providing discounts and credits as required Liaising with other internal and external departments such as Warehouse, Despatch and Accounts teams What we look for: Previous customer service experience is preferred although not essential  Confident and effective communicator Ability to handle challenging and demanding situations Ability to work to tight deadlines Empathic and caring nature Highly organised, good time management skills Working 5 out of 7 days, our client offers the flexibility of full and part time roles operating between the hours of 7.00am – 8.00pm IMMEDIATE STARTS ARE AVAILABLE
