The successful RGN or RMN will possess excellent communication and clinical skills and will work well within a team. You will take leadership when required to ensure smooth day to day running of the home. Reporting to the home manager, you will be accountable for providing the highest possible standard of care in a professional manner through direct nursing.

Experience and qualifications required for this role:

• Be registered with the NMC
• Be able to work within a team

• Great communication skills
