The Climbing Depot Birmingham are looking for proactive and enthusiastic individuals to work alongside its current incredible reception team!


The role reports to the Duty Managers as well as the Centre Manager and involves the daily running of the centre as well as various daily duties in the café, shop and instructing group sessions. The role has various opportunities for personal development and we are looking for people with a can do attitude that are ready to work in an exciting, fast paced environment with a great team.


The successful candidates will need to have previous customer service experience and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills. Climbing qualifications and a valid First Aid certificates are advantageous but not necessary as we will provide all the training necessary to perform the role to an excellent standard.
