Due to busy workload our forever growing client based in Burton-on-Trent are looking for an Inbound Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a part time basis for 3 months.
The working hours can be flexible to work around the right candidate.
The role:
- Working in a busy office based role
- Answering a high volume of calls in a timely manner
- Providing a professional and helpful service to customers
- Problem solving at all levels
- Updating internal systems
- Responding to e mails and composing letters
- Offering goodwill gestures
The person:
- Telephone based customer service experience
- PC literate
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Minimum holidays booked until Christmas
