Due to busy workload our forever growing client based in Burton-on-Trent are looking for an Inbound Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a part time basis for 3 months.

The working hours can be flexible to work around the right candidate.

The role:

  • Working in a busy office based role
  • Answering a high volume of calls in a timely manner
  • Providing a professional and helpful service to customers
  • Problem solving at all levels
  • Updating internal systems
  • Responding to e mails and composing letters
  • Offering goodwill gestures

The person:

  • Telephone based customer service experience
  • PC literate
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Minimum holidays booked until Christmas
