We have a brand new vacancy for a Practice Nurse based in a smallish GP surgery in central Northampton.

They are looking for a part time Practice Nurse to join their permanent team, they can offer up to 25 hours and consider various working patterns (i.e. work around school run, or other commitments). You'll need to have GP experience, and MUST do childhood immunisations as part of your skill set. Any additional treatment room skills are welcomed.

GPs will always be on site for assistance, although a certain level of autonomy is required and desired within the post. You will manage your own patient list and have a real passion for patient care. You'll work to high standards, have great attention to detail and a good level of accuracy with record keeping and note taking.

• Salary - Band 7 (Negotiable and DOE)

• 5 weeks of annual leave + bank holidays

The surgery use System One (training can be offered if you're unfamiliar), they have on street parking nearby, around 5000 patients and a great little clinical team that support each other every day.
