Our client provides direct support to residents in a nursing / care home of the southall surrounding areas.

Position Available: RGN - Southall locations, Full time or Part time, Permanent, £16.50 - 17.50ph

We are currently looking for kind, compassionate and flexible RGN with a genuine desire to care to provide support to young adults with physical disabilities as well as adults with dementia health conditions at various Kent locations.

The role is to 37.5 hours per week, Day shifts -12 hrs a day (7:45am till 7:45pm)

We are looking for flexible team members, as working weekend and evening shifts will be required.

The desired applicant will ideally have the following:

Minimum 3-6 months experience in a nursing setting
NVQ/ Diploma 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care will be an advantage but not compulsory (further training will be provided).
NMC Pin
Enhaned DBS certificate
Nursing Qualifications (Can be international)
Good communication skills, for a wide range of needs.
The ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
The ability to work effectively and proactively with individuals who present challenging behavioursHow to apply:
