Covetable Sales Manager role near central Bristol, with the option of working full or part-time; flexible working is also offered.
As well as being a seasoned Sales person, you will have at least a basic knowledge of software development technologies e.g. .Net, Web vs Mobile vs Desktop development.
You will be joining a non-corporate, small team who really care about their employees. Integrity, credibility and intelligent sales strategies are all crucial to this job; you will excel at developing and fostering client relationships and show maturity and consideration in your approach.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of software development processes e.g. Agile vs Waterfall, Scrum, TDD, CI/CD
Ability to network and build relationships with decision makers in companies that either build or require bespoke software solutions
Ability to manage on-going relationships with clients
Ability to find and follow leads with companies looking to work with outside consultancies
Understanding of the software market, the different ways software companies differentiate themselves, and the pros/cons of working with different types of software companiesDesired outcome of the role - increase turnover to £1,000K over next 12 months
What else can you expect?
There isn't a cap on the bonus, so there's plenty of opportunity to earn!
A pension with employer contributions of 5% is also on offer, plus 25 days holiday + public holidays, and a mileage allowance.
