Helpline Agent - Part-Time

Our well-established client based in Northampton are currently seeking a part-time Helpline Agent to join their growing organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone from a healthcare background to provide product advice to clients on a national basis, ensuring the highest standards of service are delivered at all times.

Duties Include:

• Handling incoming telephone calls from new and existing clients with enquiries relating to a bespoke product range
• Using your healthcare background to provide suitable advice and guidance on the suitability of products depending on each individuals needs
• Liaising with various internal departments to ensure the smooth day to day running of the operation
• Accurately process sample requests as and when required
• Occasionally supporting the samples and warehouse team with picking and packing during busy periods (no heavy lifting)

Skills & Experience Required:

• Previously experience working as a Healthcare Assistant, Nurse or medical professional within the Urology sector
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well in a stand-alone role
• Good time management skills
• Accurate administration and filing skills
• Ability to work well in a fast paced environment
• Self-sufficient

Additional Information:

• Working Hours: 10:00 - 14:30 - Monday-Friday
• Temp- Perm
