Experienced Private Client Solicitor (Part Time)

QED Legal are working with a well-established commercial law firm who are looking to expand and grow their private client offering which is primarily acting for HNW individuals referred on through the commercial side of the business.

Ideally the right candidate will be looking to work a 3-day week, out of the firm's Newcastle HQ. You will have excellent experience of advising HNW clients across the full range of Private Client matters from drafting wills, trust administration, powers of attorney, IHT planning, estate planning etc.

The majority of the firm's client base come as a by product of it's busy and successful commercial practice and includes private individuals, business owners, farmers and trustee. The firm are looking to over time grow their offering in this area and have an existing consultant working with them, but they are looking to employ a part-time Solicitor to help build on the existing work they get referred.

You should have a confidence, great people skills and carry the kind of gravitas needed to act for HNW individuals and families alike.

The firm are very much commercial in their outlook but unlike some of the larger national and international practices they cut out the bureaucracy, red tape and politics, and operate as a really close-knit team and more like a family.

Salary is competitive and based on experience + benefits.
