A Housing Income Officer is required to join a friendly and supportive team of a Poole based Housing Association on a part time basis
As part of a job share, this position will be working 4 full days per week, flexibility will be given on which days (between Monday and Friday) the successful candidate would prefer to work.
With a housing background, you will have proven experience supporting customers in the prevention, management and reduction of arrears and other debts which you will have gained from either your time working in housing or from another sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as well as being highly organised, able to prioritise own workload and work to targets and deadlines.
This role is a fixed term contract until November 2020, paying £22,581 + 10% car allowance (£26,108 FTE).
Own car and driving licence are essential
