Case Worker Interview date Wednesday 15 January 2020 Our services team is expanding to help us meet our strategic aim of trebling the number of individuals we support by 2022 and so we are now looking for an experienced caseworker to provide information, advice and ongoing support on welfare related issues to engineers and their families based on an assessment of individual need and manage a caseload of community members, dealing with applications for financial assistance and support for people with complex needs. If you have; Previous experience of dealing with people in distress, with a track record of providing appropriate support and solutions, including people with mental health needs Knowledge and understanding of services available to those experiencing personal difficulties such as financial hardship, relationship breakdown or mental health issues. And are a proactive, empathetic, self-motivated person who is happy to work in a small team then we would love to here from you.
