Sales Assistant - Luxury Fashion Retail Brand
Part time - 16 hours per week
£8.00-£8.50/hr + commission

Luxury Retail Fashion Brand renowned for luxurious fabrics and couture finishes is recruiting a part time sales assistant with an appetite for fashion, and the ability to influence and increase sales in a one to one selling environment. The ideal candidate has had experience in a similar luxury environment or of Personal Shopping.

As a Sales Assistant to be successful you will:

• Take positive action to ensure that targets are met
• Be interested and knowledgeable about all customers and be aware of their needs in a luxury market.
• Participate in the selection of the range to be sold in the store.
• Monitor and manage stock levels, taking appropriate action, and keeping stock loss to a minimum.
• Help organise seasonal special promotions and events.
• Work with visual merchandiser on the shop floor layout and window displays in order to maximise sales.
• Give regular feedback and communicate effectively with manager and company directors.
• Act on own initiative to support company values and objectives.
• Be flexible to meet the needs of the business.
