About The Organisation

Our client is one of the UK’s leading rehoming organisations for animals. They support sick, injured and homeless pets and care for more than 40,000 animals every year through their rehoming, veterinary and education programmes.

A lot has changed since they began caring for animals in 1897, so they’ve developed a strategy in response to the needs of pets in today’s modern world. As part of this, they have designed a brand-new rehoming operating model and organisational structure, which will enable them to continue providing outstanding levels of care and support even more animals in need.

Our client is now looking for a Head of Welfare and Training Standards to ensure their organisation leads the way in pet and animal welfare within rehoming services. This is a part-time role working 21 hours per week on a flexible basis.
