This is a permanent role based in Canary Wharf, London. 

For internal candidates the salary will be dependent upon experience - NEST level C8.

The Marketing and Creative Services team is a high-performance service delivery team and forms part of the Directorate of Customer Engagement.

The Customer Engagement directorate brings together teams that are responsible for setting the strategy and defining Nest’s proposition for different customer segments. Our mandate includes delivering product and service changes that improve our customers' experience, and designing and delivering a targeted customer engagement approach, marketing campaigns and activity to support Nest’s objectives.

In addition, the Marketing and Creative Services team provides marketing and communications collateral for the rest of the organisation including Investment, Secretariat, Legal and corporate communications.

As part of the Content team, you will take ownership of distinct areas of activity such as updating and proofing copy for areas of the public and transactional website and managing the content assurance program.

You will be supporting the Digital Content function at Nest by updating and crafting SEO optimised content.

Experience and technical skills

The employee will be able to demonstrate the following experience and technical skills:

  • Experience of copy-editing for the web in professional services in the financial services will be an advantage
  • Basic HTML and CSS skills
  • Proven ability in applying usability and accessibility to web content
  • Editing and proofreading to a very high level

Education, qualification and professional membership requirements

The candidate will be degree educated in English or related subject.
