Job Title; Business Administrator (Part Time)
Salary; £8,840 per annum
Shift; Monday - Friday 10:00am - 2:00pm
Location; Blaby, Leicestershire
It is exciting times here at JTA, we’re expanding all our Divisions!
We are delighted to be seeking a part time Business Administrator to join our team and support the payroll and administration function.
The Business Administrator (Part Time) Role;
* Compiling new starter spreadsheets for third party payroll processing
* Mailing correctly formatted time sheets to clients for them to complete and return
* Inputting data from completed timesheet into spreadsheets
* Invoicing clients, ensuring correct details have been entered
* Liaising with third parties as required in order to ensure a successful and timely service
* Inputting data into the relevant weekly reports including: holiday, weekly sales turnover, Agency Workers Regulations, absence etc
* Providing general administration support to the team as required, and supporting the business in its ISO 9001:2015 accreditation
Our ideal Business Administrator (Part Time);
* Have a basic understanding of software packages, in particular spreadsheets
* Have attention to detail and effective time management
* Are self motivated and determined to achieve targets and deadlines
* Previous data input and administration experience preferable
