I am looking for nurses who can provide timely and appropriate intervention to service users with mental health needs.

The NHS Trust you will be placed in offers a comprehensive range of mental health assessments and brief interventions within one Multi-Disciplinary Team. Working with all patients with suspected or actual mental health problems; who will be assessed, treated, signposted or referred appropriately; regardless of age, presenting complaint, time of presentation or severity.

The team now work across the whole age range spectrum of:-
Children and young people
Working age adults
Older adults - organic and functional difficulties

*A valid and in-date NMC Pin
*Mental Health Nursing Qualification (Diploma or Degree)
*Experience of working as a Community Mental health Nurse
