Based across the East Lindsey district of Lincolnshire, you will earn a competitive weekday rate of £9.13 per hour and weekend rate of £9.43 per hour. We have both full time and part time positions available! Who Cares? We Do! We don’t believe in ten minute check calls; we are a full service organisation and believe that all home care assistants should build up a relationship with our clients. We are looking for Care Assistant team members who will show warmth and support to our clients with successful candidates gaining the opportunity to further progress their career within the Social Care sector. You will be: - Assisting and supporting professionally with all areas of personal care - Helping with aspects of medication - Preparing snacks, beverages and meals - Performing light domestic duties and assist with shopping - Providing companionship and social interaction We have full time and part time opportunities based in: - Skegness - Burgh-le-Marsh - Wainfleet - Spilsby - Chapel St Leonards and Ingoldmells What makes you our ideal Care Assistant? Experience is not essential as full training will be provided towards nationally recognised qualifications. We do however ask that you hold a full driving licence and have access to your own transport. What is important is that you have a genuine interest in working with people in a caring environment.
