A rare opportunity has opened up for an immediately available Office/Finance administrator to get stuck in and help out my client over there busy period.
This Office/Finance Administrator role will make use of your expertise in having a high attention to detail, computer skills and Social Media Marketing.
Your main duties as an Office/ Finance administrator will include:
Support the Manager with day-to-day office administration
Monitor and plan Social Media advertising campaigns
Manage online reviews
Support the Bookkeeper with invoicing and finance duties
Help maintain a clean office environment
This role is looking to start ASAP and will be on-going into January. Working hours are flexible, 3 days per week (Mon, Weds & Fri) Experience in all of the above duties would be highly beneficial for this role.
