I am looking Sites Manager/Site Supports Manager for a Client of of mine based in Northampton. They are well established Shopfitting Contractor who specialise in the higher end Charity Shop sector.

Your main priorities would be to travel to the various sites, making sure that the projects are delivered to a high standard, on time and within budget.

You will be dealing with the end client on a daily basis and will be the main go to support for the on-site teams.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Site Support Manager – Reports to General Manager

* Planning schedules and ensuring on-time delivery of materials to site

* Negotiating with suppliers and contractors as needed – looking for cost saving opportunities

* Liaising with and arranging sub-contractors to ensure schedules are met

* Working with Estimating team to maintain control on costs

* Preparing RAMS, programme of works & other documentation as necessary

* Safety & Compliance

* Visiting sites & measuring up/taking pictures

* Maintain quality control and finishing standards

* Customer liaison on site.

* On-site work including on the tools as needed

* The jobholder may be required to undertake such other reasonable duties as may be required of him / her in the post or in the company

* Work away from the office and overnight stays are sometimes required
