We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, dedicated and experienced Stewardship and Engagement Officer to join our External Relations to support the Head of Development. This is a part time, 21 hour per week fixed term contract until 31 August 2020.

The main purpose of the role is to help deliver GSAL’s fundraising objectives through the nurturing of long term meaningful relationships between the school, its supporters and the wider community. Your aim will be to assist in the recruitment and retention of donors through the development of a comprehensive stewardship and an effective engagement programme.

You will be educated to degree level or equivalent qualification, as well as have GCSEs at grade C or above, or equivalent, in maths and English. You will have a proven track record of developing effective relationships with a diverse range of contacts and experience of producing communication materials. You will have strong organisational skills with the ability to co-ordinate multiple tasks, and a passion for education and its impact on social mobility.
