I’m recruiting for my Client based in Leeds, LS4 an experienced Office Administrator to join a very successful business on a temporary basis initially until the end of January 2020.
You will be part of a small friendly team where everyone works together and plays an integral part of how the business operates.
The role will be Monday to Friday 10:00 – 14:30
Tasks
- Scanning job packs and filing in share point
- Tidying up of files/file names in share point
- Any day to day admin on projects
- Dishwasher duties
- Preparing post
- Office stock take
- Refreshment order processing
- First responder on the phone
- Prepare sample boards sending to potential clients/designers
- Preparing gift bags and install gifts
Skills
- Excellent telephone call handling experience
- High level of Office 365 proficiency
- Very organised and time managed.
An hourly rate of £9.00 per hour will be offered
Interview will be held w/c 16th December with the position starting on Thursday 2nd January 2020
