I’m recruiting for my Client based in Leeds, LS4 an experienced Office Administrator to join a very successful business on a temporary basis initially until the end of January 2020.

You will be part of a small friendly team where everyone works together and plays an integral part of how the business operates.

The role will be Monday to Friday 10:00 – 14:30

Tasks

  • Scanning job packs and filing in share point
  • Tidying up of files/file names in share point
  • Any day to day admin on projects
  • Dishwasher duties
  • Preparing post
  • Office stock take
  • Refreshment order processing
  • First responder on the phone
  • Prepare sample boards sending to potential clients/designers
  • Preparing gift bags and install gifts

Skills

  • Excellent telephone call handling experience
  • High level of Office 365 proficiency
  • Very organised and time managed.

An hourly rate of £9.00 per hour will be offered

Interview will be held w/c 16th December with the position starting on Thursday 2nd January 2020
