Female Care Assistants Required

ICCM is a national specialist provider of complex care for adults and children with profound disabilities who choose to live in their own homes.

We currently require dedicated, flexible female care assistants to support a lady with complex care needs. As she splits her time between two different locations in the Northamptonshire area, we require applicants that are able to travel between Upton and Corby.

Hours: part time, permanent*

Shifts, when working in Corby: 9am to 4.30pm. Applicants must be free to work on Monday, Wednesday and Friday (flexibility to work alternative shifts is desirable)

Shifts, when working in Upton: cover is required for two weekends (approximately 8 shifts) per month. 8am to 8pm (days), and 8pm to 8am (nights).

Experience is preferred but not essential as we offer full training and support to include a 3-day paid Induction Course. All we ask is that you are a good team player, able to work all required shifts, that you are motivated to provide an outstanding standard of care and that you possess excellent communication skills.
