Part Time Medical Receptionist 23 hrs p/w
(System One Experience preferred)

Salary: £8.21
Location: Batley, West Yorkshire
Duration: Temporary to Permanent
Hours: 2.5 days a week / 23 hours per week Flexibility will also be required for holiday and sick cover.
Start Date: ASAP

THE CLIENT:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an individual to establish a career with a progressive forward
thinking local business. They are a care provider to the local community; they are looking for a
Medical Receptionist preferably with SystmOne experience working in a modern environment.

** Please note that on being offered permanent employment after a successful 10 week probationary
period a full DBS check will be required to be completed **

THE JOB:

As a Medical Receptionist working in a fast paced team environment, the main focus of the role will
be being the first point of contact for patients.

Responsible for:

* Answering the telephone and directing calls
* Greeting visitors / patients and providing excellent customer service
* Booking appointments over the phone and face to face.
* Working in a professional manner and adhering to strict confidentiality procedures at all times.

Additional duties may also be required (training will be given if required in this area), these would include;

* Data Entry
* Letters for hospital appointments and referrals using SystemOne and Medical Terminology
* General administration would also be involved using the full MS Office Package, Word and Excel within the role
* Filing, faxing and photocopying etc and any other ad hoc duties as required
