They are looking for a Digital Sales Executive to take ownership of their online accounts and new business development across the UK and USA.   As part of a dynamic and innovative team, committed to customer care and frictionless delivery, your responsibilities will include:

• Outbound sales communication to existing accounts to drive sales
• Handling inbound sales enquiries and orders, via telephone and email, from trade and consumers
• Supporting and developing Sales & Customer care assistant
• Owning all targets
• Actively managing new business pipeline
• Actively managing current business activity
• Trade marketing activity with wholesale entities to support their activity
• Development of key customer relationships
• Close working with the Sales Exec Offline (non digital)
• Close working with marketing team to align activity and identify areas for focus

About you:

• You are an accomplished Digital Marketing professional with hands on experience, not only of producing content and managing social media, but also of the back end, Facebook Business Manager etc.
• You have experience of working within an e-commerce environment and maximising revenue from third party sellers such as Amazon, Ebay etc.
• Whilst this is not a role for a web developer, you must have experience of optimising e-commerce websites - ideally Wordpress and Woo Commerce.
