Head of Customer Success / Head of Technical Customer Services
We are working with an established FinTech company looking to launch a new software product in the first quarter of 2020.
In order to launch their new product they require a Head of Customer Success to oversee a new team of Customer Success Executives. They will be tasked with ensuring the smooth migration from legacy software to the new product for the existing client base and the overall on-boarding journey of new customers. Training in the product will be given but candidates should have previous experience of a similar role within a FinTech or Saas organisation.
This is a permanent opportunity for the business and will based predominately in Central London. The organisation support flexible and remote working and would therefore be happy to look at candidates looking for part office-based and part-remote working.
The role will be reporting into the Operations Director and be tasked with the management of a new team of up to 10 Customer Success Executives.
