About the role

Willmott Dixon is currently has an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Framework Manager to join our Strategic accounts and services team. This role is instrumental to managing a key framework agreement with one of our prestigious customers. The overall purpose of this role is to ensure that we maximise customer satisfaction,retention and value.

The role will involve regular national travel to regional offices throughout the UK including Nottingham which is the base of the National Framework team.

This role reports to the National Account Director and the successful candidate will lead on managing all elements of this extremely important framework agreement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing all aspects of this key relationship to maximise value and customer satisfaction
  • Delivering all mutually agreed account goals
  • The successful delivery of all framework and project requirements both nationally and in each local office.
  • Lead dedicated framework management teams in each local office to ensure best practice and consistency for our people and the customer.
  • Work closely with our National team to constantly improve the industry leading suite of framework management tools, reports and guidance documents.
  • Manage and deliver framework events.
  • Attend general company and divisional events nationally.
  • Manage relationships with Willmott Dixon teams, the framework provider, framework partners and other key customers to achieve best practice and cross learning.


Essential and Desirable Criteria

Essential skills required:

  • You will hold a Degree or have equivalent relevant work related experience/qualifications.
  • You will be working towards an appropriate professional qualification
  • You will have a good level of technical and/or operational knowledge of frameworks or similar arrangements within the Construction industry.
  • You will have an excellent level of communication and influencing skills
  • You will possess proven presentation skills to all levels of seniority from one to one to large audiences.
  • You will have proven skills in creating, managing and analysing framework data for reporting purposes
  • You will have proven experience of using resources available to you to widen the framework offering where possible.

Desirable skills required:

  • Full membership of secondary technical professional body
