Role Overview:-

Glasshouse Hill is an 11 bedded unit which has been purpose built for people who have sustained an Acquired Brain Injury; the focus is very much on rehabilitation. The work can be challenging but the rewards of supporting people to achieve their goals make every day meaningful, especially on the occasions when some of the people return back to home to live with their families or to live independently in smaller unit. As a Support Worker you will help deliver bespoke person centred care set around rehabilitation and re-enablement for our individuals to reach their goals and a more independent quality of life.

Requirements:-
Support Workers in this location, experience is preferred but not essential as all of our staff receive training tailored to the needs of the people they support.

Full flexibility with day and night shifts is required.

**Should your employment with Voyage Care terminate for any reason within the first 3 months of your employment start date, the full cost of the DBS will be repayable back to us. Deducted from your final salary
