Registered Nurse and Clinical Team Leader are needed for a Private Women's Mental Health Hospital based in Great Yarmouth!

Salary per annum:
*RMN/RNLD/RGN: £32,000 - £36,000 pa
*Clinical Team Leader (CTL): £36,000 - £40,000 pa
Hours and length of contract:
*Permanent Positions
*Clinical Team Leader: Full Time 42 hours per week
*Registered Nurse: Full or Part Time hours
*Flexible shifts: Earlies, Lates, Nights
*Service operates 24/7
Daily Duties:
The hospital offers clinical treatment and holistic wellbeing to women with complex, challenging and severe mental illness with the aim of supporting them to move forward on their journey of recovery.
There is a high staff-patient ratio, to ensure a personalised approach, and you may also support young women in transition from CAMHS to adult services within the healthy-living, empowering familial environment.
The hospital provides not only traditional medical treatment but also individualised high quality psychiatric, psychological occupational therapy and wellbeing therapies including bespoke treatments which may be needed such as family therapy.
Nursing responsibilities will include:
*Plan, deliver and evaluate the care of patients and formulate and review risk assessments
*Direct and supervise support staff to ensure high quality of care to each patient
*Ability to undertake safe medication administration practices in line with NMC
*Attend and lead, ward rounds, case conferences and review meetings ensuring good liaison with referring clinical teams and smooth discharge planning
*Ensure that all plans of care, progress notes, and other elements of the Health Record are completed in a comprehensive and intelligent manner
*Participate in the supervision and appraisal process to lead and support junior staff
*Participate in training and development programmes
*To deputise for the CTL in their absence
Clinical Team Leader responsibilities will include:
*Line manage, lead and co-ordinate clinical staff
*Work to maximise the effective use of resources and ensuring best clinical practice, delivery, treatment, support and care
*Oversee the planning, delivery and evaluation of care,
*Undertake safe medication administration practices and Mentor junior nurses on this
*Responsibility for safeguarding processes
*Attend and lead where necessary case conferences and review meetings
*Ensure that all staff are aware and clearly directed to the treatment and management plans for each patient.
*undertake appraisal and supervisions
*competently deputise for the Hospital Manager in their absence
