Oakhill Recruitment are currently working exclusively with a Norwich based charity to recruit their Finance Manager, this is a newly created role and will be the organisations first Finance Manager.
Initially this will be a part time role, c25 hours a week, these hours can be split to suit the successful candidate, there will also be the option of working from home some of the time.
The role reports into the CEO and will have overall control for the organisation’s finances. This will include monthly management accounts, P&L reports, expenses, ledger work, banking, cashflows, budgeting and forecasting and supporting the CEO in fundraising activities.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced accountant with previous experience in an all-round finance role. Strong IT skills are needed and ideally experience of using Sage.
It is vital that the successful candidate share the charities values and beliefs, an understanding or experience of the charity and voluntary sector would be an advantage.
