Maintenance Operative (Part Time)
Location: Leicester (LE2)
Contract: Temporary - Ongoing
Hourly Rate: £9/ph
Start Date: ASAP
Working Hours: 20 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Manpower are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Operative. Our client is one of the UK's leading providers of student accommodation and they are now seeking an experienced individual to join their team in Leicester.
Duties:
Carrying out general maintenance duties including leaking toilets, toilet flushes, repairs to hinges, shower seals, replacing lightbulbs, electrical work, general housekeeping duties and other similar jobs
Responding to any Health and Safety related calls
Logging maintenance issues and following up accordingly
About You:
Previous experience in a similar role
An electrical qualification would be desirable but is not essential
